These terms govern your use of the SGN Bookkeeping & Advisory website and the services described on it, including the free preliminary Tax Compliance Status check.

2. Free Preliminary Tax Compliance Status Check

The free check is a preliminary verification of the Tax Compliance Status information you provide. It does not constitute a guarantee that your tax affairs are compliant, and it does not include submission of returns, corrections, disputes or other professional tax work.

3. Quotations and Paid Work

Where additional professional work is identified, SGN will explain the issue and provide a quotation before any paid work begins. No additional work will be performed or charged without your approval.

4. eFiling and Passwords

SGN will never request your SARS eFiling username or password. Never disclose your eFiling login details to anyone.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including that SARS will confirm your compliance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGN shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information provided.
